We’re thrilled to announce the latest updates to PracticeQ’s inventory management and IntakeQ’s invoicing features that have been designed with your practice’s efficiency in mind. Our November releases added tools that will not only streamline your workflow but also enhance the way you manage your inventory and billing processes.

Inventory Management Release

Our newly bolstered Inventory Management system is a game-changer for practices utilizing products in their care plans. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Product Counts & Depreciation: Easily set and track your total product counts. When an invoice is issued, the count automatically depreciates, reflecting real-time inventory levels.
  • Smart Notifications: Never run low on essentials with low-product-count email alerts and ‘close-to-expiration’ notifications.
  • Organizational Features: Keep your inventory organized with the ability to manage product categories, track lot numbers, and expiration dates.
  • Vendor Management: Directly link to vendors for seamless reordering.
  • Reporting: Access straightforward reports on product sales for insights into your inventory turnover.
  • Partial Sales: Flexibility to sell parts of a product, perfect for customizing patient care with “cocktails” of different ingredients.

What’s next for Inventory Management

  • Product Packages: Create a package of different products under one SKU so you can easily add multiple products to the invoice.

Invoicing Update

  • Bulk Invoice Creation: Say goodbye to invoice confusion with our new setting that consolidates appointments for a single practitioner into one invoice.

Co-Insurance Update

  • Added Flexibility: Introducing the ability to add coinsurance to the client profile, ensuring accurate patient billing according to insurance payer agreements.
  • CPT-Specific Billing: Define unique copays and coinsurances by CPT code

Sorting Update

Enhanced Navigation: Lastly (for this month!) you can now sort by role type or assistant name, and filter by location for larger practices with our new sorting functionalities under the Team section.
